By Car
Agunnaryd, in the heart of southern Sweden’s Småland region, is easily accessible by car. If you’re coming from mainland Europe, you can combine ferries and driving:
- Puttgarden, Germany → Rødby, Denmark: 45-minute ferry + 4-hour drive
- Sassnitz, Germany → Trelleborg, Sweden: 4h 15m ferry + 2.5-hour drive
- Rostock, Germany → Trelleborg, Sweden: 6-hour ferry (overnight possible) + 2.5-hour drive
- Travemünde, Germany → Trelleborg, Sweden: 7h 45m ferry (overnight possible) + 2.5-hour drive
- Gdynia, Poland → Karlskrona, Sweden: 10–12-hour ferry (overnight possible) + 2-hour drive
Once in Sweden, Agunnaryd is easy to reach via the well-maintained road network.
By Plane
You have several airport options:
- Copenhagen Airport (Denmark): 2h 20m drive via the Öresund Bridge to Agunnaryd, or excellent train connections to Älmhult (30 minutes from Agunnaryd). We can arrange a transfer from the train station if needed.
- Växjö Airport (Sweden): 50-minute drive to Agunnaryd, with transfers available on request.
- Malmö Airport or Göteborg Landvetter Airport: Other alternatives within 3–4 hours’ drive.
By Public Transport
Agundaborg is reachable by public transport using trains and buses:
- Take a train to Älmhult Station, which is 30 minutes from Agunnaryd. From there, we can arrange a transfer to Agundaborg.
- Local buses connect nearby towns, but we recommend contacting us to organize pick-up for a smooth arrival.
FlixBus
FlixBus services arrive in Ljungby, just 20 minutes from Agundaborg. We offer free transfer for up to 6 people from Ljungby bus station, so your journey can be stress-free. Simply let us know your arrival time in advance.
