• How do I check-in and check-out?
  All our accomodations are equipped with key-lockers accesible using a provided code. During the season, check-in is available from 15:00 PM and check-out time is  scheduled for 10:00 AM. Outside of the season we can offer more flexibility, depending on the circumstances. To facilitate smooth changeovers and assist in our planning, we kindly request you to share your expected arrival time. 
• What is the process for reporting issues during my stay?
  Connect with the Agundaborg management in case of any issues during your stay. We would like to hear from you as soon as possible, in order to be able to help to resolve the issue if possible. 
• How do I make a reservation?
  Reservations can be made online through our website or by contacting our reservations team. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
• Is cleaning included in the rental fee?
  We apply an additional fee for cleaning. 
• Are linen and towels provided?
  The holiday homes is furnished with bed linen and a kitchen linen package, which includes teatowels and a kitchen cloth and sponge. If desired, guests have the option to book an additional towel package seperately.
